Online Forms
Did you know Microsoft 365 SharePoint can be used for online pre-start checks, hazard, incident, inspections and other types of reporting? Working with Toolkit 365 System customers, we're moving Kitney's library of document forms to SharePoint lists for online 365 systems. Available now for 365 System clients and details in our Toolkit Live! demos.

Integrated Management Systems
We've modified Toolkit's 365 Starter System to a 365 Integrated System (IMS) to enable Toolkit clients to manage their wider business needs. This provides opportunities to integrate health and safety, quality, environment and business systems including cyber and information security, using a single SharePoint site or wider enterprise solution. Available now for Toolkit 365 customers, we launch the Toolkit 365 IMS in Toolkit Solutions in January 2022.

Excitingly, 5 members of our Kitney and Toolkit Solutions teams are undertaking Microsoft training over the next few months to gain their Microsoft certifications and gear Toolkit Solutions up to become a Microsoft Gold Partner!

Do you know about Microsoft Bookings? Bookings is a Microsoft 365 solution that allows organizations to manage and organize their client bookings. This can save time and reduce back and forward emails organizing meetings!

At Toolkit, we have been spending some time exploring Microsoft Bookings and are starting to use MS Bookings for booking time directly with our consultants for live sessions, briefings, and consulting time. It also lets clients edit and manage their own bookings!

Have you heard about Microsoft Translator? For those who aren't aware, Microsoft Translator translates conversations and materials on devices. With Victoria's 2021 draft Compliance Code: Communicating Occupational Health and Safety across languages expected in mid-2022, we're testing MS Translate in Toolkit's 365 WHS System to provide an IT solution.
