As we wrap up for 2021, let's take a look back at our achievements this year and what you can look forward to in 2022!

A few highlights of our Toolkit Solutions year, which was a year of growth!

We welcomed Sam Holt, James Noye and Joshua Brown to our IT and Toolkit Support Team, and welcomed QUT IT students for their Capstone Power Bi dashboard project. Toolkit's 365 WHS System expanded to an integrated quality, WHS, and environmental system, we established an Asset Management module, and significantly extended our knowledge on using Microsoft 365 in business.

We welcomed some amazing new customers and have so enjoyed working with our 365 System customers to explore, extend and maximise their online system capability. We thank them for their vision and questions as we navigated through 'how can MS365 do this'!

Our Toolkit Live! sessions with demo's and 365 User Group Live! are working well with weekly sessions and will continue in 2022. Check out the Toolkit Live! schedule below and register to join us our first Live! sessions for 2022, whether it be a STARTER demo if you are new, PLUS demo to check out integrations, or the 365 User Group for answering your system questions!

Looking into 2022, we'll keep bringing Kitney's industry knowledge and expertise, asking 'what can MS365 do' and pushing the boundaries on creating better, safer workplaces. On the horizon are our QHSE integrated management system, and 365 System Power Bi dashboard.

Microsoft Whiteboard has seen some impressive updates to its features. Microsoft Whiteboard is an app that you can find and use within Microsoft Teams. In addition to the previous functionality to draw, add text, sticky notes and shapes, a number of new features have been added. These include the ability to react to whiteboard items, import images and files for annotation, and a number of templates have also been added to help guide strategy, brainstorming, project planning, design and research among others.

At Toolkit Solutions we are also exploring Power BI and Microsoft Visio further for extending our dashboard reporting capabilities and our documentation processes. Keep an eye out for updates on this project!

We suggest taking some time to look through Microsoft's 365 Roadmap to see their planned updates for 2022, particularly updates for SharePoint, Microsoft Teams and Power Automate as there are some exciting new features coming!
