Introducing THRIVE -

championing the digital age

When it comes to health, safety, and wellbeing, technology presents significant opportunities to enable workplace strategies, achieve compliance, and create safe, healthy, and strong workplaces.  

In the era of digital adoption, Kitney and Mapien are combining industry expertise and championing the digital age. We are delighted to share details of our collaboration to provide insights and knowledge to enable technology adoption for health, safety and wellbeing practices and systems.

Kitney and Mapien's THRIVE - Championing the Digital Age has grown from initial discussions during 2022, to combining our expertise and insights for three key areas:

1. THRIVE - Digital Readiness Survey

2. THRIVE - Championing the Digital Age White Paper, and

3. THRIVE - Knowledge and expertise to support digital adoption

We are thrilled to have been accepted to present at the 23rd World Congress on Safety and Health at Work, with Jo Kitney also presenting on innovating safety in manufacturing through technology at the Women in Manufacturing Summit 2023.

With Kitney and Mapien's combined expertise and shared passion, we are asking questions to 'find the how' for digital adoption:

• Who is using technology and what are they using?

• What are the opportunities and how do we gain from technology?

• Where are the barriers and how do we overcome obstacles? 

Help us 'find the how' by completing the THRIVE - Digital Readiness Survey.

Gain insights from the survey questions and receive a copy of THRIVE - Championing the Digital Age White Paper being released in November 2023.

The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete with questions for demographics, workplace readiness, workplace factors and personality traits.
