As Safe Work Month comes to an end and with Christmas approaching (yes, it's only 7 weeks away!), it's an opportunity to reflect on a year of achievements and commitments to creating safer, healthier, and more capable workplaces.
We know safe, compliant, and healthy workplaces are the foundation of business success. During Safe Work Month we saw businesses embrace health and safety through morning teas, hazard identification, company-wide communications, and diversity recognition and celebration. We even saw a Swiss Cheese themed work safe month with weekly recipes!
In November, Kitney Consulting will be presenting on technology, innovation, and insights for going digital at a number of events with showcases from some of the amazing organisations we work with. Check out our upcoming events below!

Safe Work Month Successes
|
During Safety Month we were proud to support the launch of Kitney Toolkit's new SME3 365 Systems, Dashboards and Apps. We worked alongside 3 companies in Safety Month to successfully launch their 365 WHS Systems company-wide and continue to support 35 companies using Microsoft 365 to enable their WHS, quality, environmental and business management and meet their obligations.

Safe Work Month in the Kitney Team
|
At Kitney we believe in leading by example. During Safety Month, our team embraced our commitment to health and safety by participating in Safety Month through weekly themes, activities, quizzes and virtual 'Lunch and Learn' sessions arranged by our WHS Consultant, Chris Wanma, and HR Coordinator, Kaykay Sun.
We celebrated diversity and inclusion with team members sharing local dishes with cultural and personal significance, and checked our computer workstation setups, reinforcing our commitment to securing a workplace where everyone feels valued and safe.
